We’re thrilled to announce our recent award of VA’s Process, Records, and Knowledge Solutions (PRKS) contract in support of OIT’s Quality Continuous Improvement Organization (QCIO). CGI Federal is our partner on this $21M, 5-year program.
9th Way Insignia’s team will help with the identification and standardization of OIT core processes. This work includes documentation using business process modeling notation; visually depicting process elements in a manner that educates the user; identifying responsible and accountable roles in the process; setting requirements for and implementing tools; and maintaining and improving process maps, artifacts, and standards.
