USPTO ITSM Contract Awarded to Teammate, Four Points Technology, LLC

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has awarded Four Points Technology a 3-year IT service management (ITSM) contract on the SEWP vehicle. The program will provide planning, development, and implementation services for the cloud-based ServiceNow ITSM platform that will replace their current BMC Remedy system. As a subcontractor, 9^th Way Insignia will provide several ServiceNow integrators for the program.
