It’s a WIN! 9th Way Insignia has won CIO-SP4—the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH’s) Government-wide vehicle for IT products and services. We were successful in three categories: Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
