We are proud to announce that Kimberly Cole has been promoted to Chief Performance Officer at 9th Way Insignia.
Kim has been part of our company’s journey since before 9th Way Solutions and Insignia Technology Services came together to become the organization we are today. Over the years, she has played an important role in strengthening our culture, developing leaders, supporting our people, and helping the company grow through change and complexity.
In her new role, Kim will lead our enterprise approach to performance, aligning people, programs, processes, data, technology, governance, and financial decision-making to strengthen execution, customer delivery, and business outcomes.
Kim brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, a practical and people-centered leadership style, and a distinctive ability to lead through complexity. Her background in executive leadership, law enforcement, complex investigations, federal task force work, and hostage and crisis negotiation has shaped the perspective and steadiness she brings to this work.
