“YOU owe it to yourself as a leader to attend this course!” That was feedback from one of our participants in 9th Way Leadership University (9WLU) – Cohort 2.
Last month, we wrapped our second cohort of 9WLU—12 leaders, one room, and a shared commitment to raising the standard. 9WLU is built on a simple belief: Leadership isn’t accidental. It’s intentional, learned, refined—and expected.
Over the course of the week, we focused on Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading the Mission. What stood out most wasn’t just the curriculum—it was the reflection, the honesty, and the growth happening in real time. A few reflections from the cohort:
