Under this engagement, our team will deliver end-to-end professional services and support across the ServiceNow platform—driving innovation, efficiency, and security for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
What we’ll Deliver
• Full lifecycle support across requirements gathering, architecture, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations
• Operations & Maintenance (O&M) plus Development, Modernization, and Enhancements (DME)
• Integration of enterprise tools including ITSM Pro, ITOM Visibility, SIEM, IAM, vulnerability scanners, and cloud-native platforms across Google, Azure, and AWS environments
• Agile delivery including user story development, requirements analysis, and continuous platform improvement
Advancing Federal Security
We will support the automation of the full NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle—leveraging ServiceNow SecOps and IRM (including CAM)—aligned to NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 controls.
