9th Way Insignia Supports Vet Centers through VHA’s RCS Data Services Contract

9th Way Insignia is partnered with VHA Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) prime contractor, RB Management Consultants (RBMC), on the recently awarded Readjustment Counseling Service (RCS) Data Services contract. We’ll be providing data management and dashboard expertise to help VHA and Vet Centers across the country aggregate, access, and analyze data to inform decision making and improve mental health services outcomes. 

Vet Centers are community-based counseling centers that provide a wide range of social and psychological services for eligible Veterans, active-duty service members, including National Guard and Reserve components, and their families. Readjustment counseling is focused on helping individuals successfully transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Vet Center staff play a significant role in helping address VA’s priority of Suicide Prevention and creating access to mental health services.
